Trish Hogan
Trish Hogan has been in the health industry for more than 40 years holding positions in senior management in public and private health in South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales and Queensland. Her experience in the health industry spans hospital and community care administration, education and clinical practice. Trish is a “Doctor of the University” at Griffith University and has recently served three years as the Chief Executive Officer of Subang Jaya Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (part of Sime Darby Health Care in Asia). Since returning to Australia in January 2022, Trish has been working as the Business Development Manager (Out of Hospitals) for Ramsay Health Care, contributing to the success and expansion of Ramsay Health Care’s out of hospital business, including pharmacy, community day surgeries, hospital/rehabilitation in the home, community based mental health and allied health services.

Director of Finance and Corporate Services
Matthew Bartlett
Matthew Bartlett is the Director of Finance and Corporate Services at Peel Health Campus, managing the areas of: admin, catering, coding, finance, housekeeping, maintenance and supply functions of the hospital. Matthew has been with Ramsay Health Care for 15 years; during which time he has worked with all Ramsay WA hospitals and as part of the Ramsay corporate Commercial Business Partnering team. He is a qualified CPA with significant health care PPP experience. Matthew is committed to building a work culture of empowerment and success.

Director of Medical Services
Dr Ryan Craig
Dr Ryan Craig completed his medical degree at Queens University, Belfast. Following graduation Ryan worked in the UK’s National Health Service for eight years specialising in Emergency Medicine. In 2013 he emigrated to WA and began working at Peel Health Campus (PHC). Over the past 10 years Ryan has worked as an Emergency Medicine Specialist at PHC, Rockingham General, Fiona Stanley and Hollywood Private hospitals. In addition to his clinical work, Ryan has a Masters in Health Leadership and Management, and has held a number of executive roles, most recently Director of Clinical Services for the Rockingham Peel Group. He returned to PHC in November 2023 joining the executive team as Director of Medical Services. Ryan is committed to providing strong clinical leadership and governance. He is delighted to have returned to Peel and re-joined the great people and culture.

Director of Clinical Services
Sue McCarthy
Sue has worked at Peel Health Campus for 17 years and has over 30 years clinical experience both in the public and private sector. Sue has completed studies in Leadership and Management and has extensive leadership and management history here at Peel Health Campus. Sue has also completed studies in Clinical Redesign and was the Peel Health Campus lead for the LEAN rollout.
From 2019 to March 2022, Sue was the Nurse Director - Clinical Services with responsibility for the ED, medical and surgical areas, along with Allied Health and some outpatient areas. Sue has now been appointed as Director of Clinical Services with Executive responsibility for the nursing, midwifery and allied health teams across the hospital.
Sue is passionate about empowering people to be the best they can be, to believe in themselves which in turn leads to a high standard of safe and quality care for our patients.
